Phil Hahn

Phil Hahn didn’t become a top 1% REALTOR® by following the status quo and sticking to the same old script. Randy Dyck

Steve Willems

Steve Willems, CFP®, FEA, BA is a recognized financial educator, speaker and a Wealth Advisor at Willems Wealth Planning Group of Assante Financial Management Ltd, with a specialized focus on family businesses and multi‑generational wealth planning. As a second‑generation business owner himself, Steve has found his niche in helping family businesses. Steve and his team have been showing business owners, professionals, and executives how to preserve, protect and pass on their wealth for over 30 years and has released his special report titled “5 Serious Barriers to your Retirement Plans” (made available by request) helping Canadians experience the peace of mind they need to enjoy life on their terms. Steve originally joined the family business out of his passion to help people more fully enjoy their hard‑earned wealth. He is a warm and passionate communicator with a way of breaking down jargon and concepts, tailoring every message for audiences with different levels of sophistication. Steve’s expertise has been sought after, having been interviewed by the Financial Post, Investment Executive, Advisor’s Edge and Wealth Professional magazine. He was named as one of Canada’s Top Wealth Advisors: Best in Province 2022 by The Globe and Mail and received the 2022 Rising Star Award presented by Wealth Professional Magazine. Having spent most of his life in Abbotsford, Steve is an accredited CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERR and Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA). Steve shares his leadership experience as a board member of the Abbotsford Community Foundation where he chairs the Marketing and Communications Committee. He also serves on the executive of the Estate Planning Council of Abbotsford, and has volunteered in leadership roles with various non‑profits in the region. Steve has been married to Amber and they have three children together: Daxton, Makena, and Maisie. Steve and his family enjoy camping at Kalamalka Lake, as well as mountain biking in McKee Peak in Abbotsford.

Brad Willems

Meet Brad Willems, CFP®, a seasoned wealth advisor with a focus on philanthropy and providing planning services for business owners. For over three decades, Brad has helped families implement tax and financial strategies that maximize their inheritances and philanthropic intentions. Brad has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by independent, entrepreneurial business owners. He recognizes the importance of developing strategies that not only protect their assets but also position them for long-term success. His experience working with business owners has given him unique insight into the complexities of managing personal and business finances. As a financial educator, Brad has been featured on PBS and Global TV, and he has authored the book “No Shortcuts: Ideas for Focused Results in a Distracted World”. Brad is passionate about giving back to the community and has acted as a lead sponsor and champion assisting Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fraser Valley to raise in excess of $900,000 over the last decade. He is also a founding member of the Abbotsford Estate Planning Council and currently serves as a director for Amicus Global Relief Solutions. In addition to his community involvement, Brad has a strong background in board leadership, including serving on the board of Briercrest College & Seminary for 16 years, six of those years as vice-chair, and as a former board member of the Abbotsford Airport Authority. Brad's expertise has helped his audiences redirect over $28 million to the nonprofit sector. As a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, he is committed to redirecting every possible dollar of "social capital" (also known as tax dollars) to the organizations that work towards creating a better community, both locally and globally. John Tsai

John Tsai has received numerous accolades, including the Master Medallion Club Award (2010-2022), President’s Club Award (2015-2018), and eXp Realty’s 4X ICON Agent Award (2019-2022), Top 1% Team in Greater Vancouver (2022). Reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad lead him to launch his real estate career in 2006. Day by day, John puts his clients first, endeavouring to find home buyers their dream home and to provide home sellers the highest possible return on their investment. John moved to the Lower Mainland from Taiwan as a young child and was raised in Vancouver and Burnaby. He now lives in Burnaby and enjoys his proximity to his mom and in-laws as well as his 15 minute commute to his office space at Metrotown. His goals for the future include building a team that helps over 400 families buy or sell a home a year, creating a rental-property portfolio, and giving back through charitable contribution and by inspiring other Realtors. John cites Terminator as the movie that’s most inspired him, because “he’s indestructible. He just keeps coming back until he’s achieved his goal.” Another note: John and his team are also currently in the Top 1% and ranked the Number 9 Team in Greater Vancouver out of 15,000 agents.

Todd Conner

My wife, Karen & I are both Realtors living the real estate lifestyle with our 11 year old son, Evan. Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones is the principle of "The Jennifer Jones Team" which has been climbing to the top of The Toronto Real Estate Board (currently sitting in the Top Ten Spots out of 70,000 Realtors), and the Top of EXP Realty Teams. Jennifer's strength has been in attracting talented management who have helped create the strategies, systems, accountability, personal growth, mindset improvement and training systems to create a model that can be duplicated to help any agent create individual success or structure their own team into success. Jennifer and her husband Keith own multiple rental properties, invest in Storage Units and Commercial property throughout North America. Glenn Sanford

Glenn Sanford is the founder of eXp Realty, CEO of eXp World Holdings, Inc. and Chief Strategy Officer for VirBELA. After being involved with a number of internet start-ups in the 1990s and early 2000s, including a stint at AOL, Glenn started a highly successful real estate career in 2002. In 2006, his fourth full year in the business, Glenn and his team closed over $60,000,000 in real estate almost entirely from online lead generation and was ranked as one of the top 50 teams nationally with Keller Williams. After the downturn in 2008, he and his team developed the first cloud-based brokerage model that uses a 3D avatar-based online office to collaborate and communicate while abandoning the physical bricks-and-mortar infrastructure normally associated with a real estate brokerage.
